A little burnt out and having a desire and longing to do life differently, knowing deep down intuitively that there was something more to life than what I was currently experiencing, more to life than what I was participating in and more inside of me that required space and a voice.

And so…beginning 2023 through a number of signs and synchronicities happening in my life, leading me forward, showing me the way….I decided to quit my job, list my house and sold all of my belongings. I hopped onto a plane, flew out of Sydney Airport Australia and headed for New Zealand. Arriving in Auckland with two suitcases and a guitar, I was ready to embrace van-life and step out into the ‘unknown’.

 

My road trip throughout Northland found me on the shores of beautiful beaches of pink sand and lush green mountains, sunrises and sunsets that took my breath away, basking in the beauty and awe of nature, feeling the wind in my hair, embracing the elements and giving myself space through the freedom of non-conventional slow living and solitude, allowing ‘my song’ ‘my sound’ to arrive.

FIND ME is a compilation of songs that arrived in my heart and soul over this past year. Nature speaking, revealing herself to me. The symbiotic relationship and intrinsic nature serve as medicine, alchemising some of the hard and painful times in my life. Turning ashes into something beautiful and releasing joy.

 

This journey has been one of ‘coming back home to myself’. A journey of radical self love, the greatest gift I could have ever given myself.

 

My hope for you is to enjoy FIND ME as I take you on a journey woven together and held by a common thread.
